Xylitol Stone Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

Effective Date: 10/1/2023

Objective: The purpose of this MAP Policy is to support the brand image and value of Xylitol Stone products by establishing a minimum advertised price that all authorized resellers must adhere to. This policy aims to create a fair and competitive marketplace that benefits both retailers and consumers.

Policy Guidelines:

1. Minimum Advertised Price (MAP):

   • The Minimum Advertised Price for each Xylitol Stone product is set forth in the current MAP Price List, provided separately.

2. Advertising Guidelines:

   • Retailers are prohibited from advertising any Xylitol Stone product below its designated MAP.
   • The MAP applies to all forms of advertising, including but not limited to, online listings, print media, email campaigns, and social media.

3. Shopping Cart and Checkout Discounts:

   • Discounts applied at the shopping cart or during the checkout process (e.g., coupon codes, automatic discounts) that result in a final advertised price below the MAP are strictly prohibited.

4. Bundled Packages:

   • Retailers may offer bundled packages that include Xylitol Stone products along with other products, but the final advertised price of the bundle must not violate the MAP for individual Xylitol Stone products.

5. Exceptions:

   • From time to time, Xylitol Stone may announce special promotions or provide written authorization for temporary price reductions. Such exceptions will be communicated to authorized resellers in advance.

Enforcement:

1. Monitoring:

   • Xylitol Stone reserves the right to monitor the advertised prices of its products through various channels, including online and offline sources.

2. Violation Notifications:

   • Upon identifying a violation, Xylitol Stone will issue a written notice to the violating reseller, providing a reasonable timeframe to correct the issue.

3. Consequences of Non-Compliance:

   • Failure to comply with this MAP policy may result in the suspension or termination of the reseller's account and the cessation of supply of Xylitol Stone products.

Review and Modification: Xylitol Stone reserves the right to review and modify this MAP Policy at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to authorized resellers in writing with reasonable notice.

Acceptance: By continuing to sell Xylitol Stone products, all authorized resellers acknowledge their understanding of and agreement to comply with this MAP Policy.
